Terms of Sale

No items are sent "on approval" or for examination. All items sold "As Is." All Sales Are Final. Only exception to this will be if we sent you the wrong item. In this case the item may be returned for refund or exchange. We must be notified within FIVE DAYS of receipt for return authorization. If you decide you do not want the item after receiving it, restocking charge of 20% will apply to any return. ALL ITEMS ARE COLLECTOR CONDITION ONLY !

If you plan on using any item in your aircraft, it is up to YOU and a qualified and licensed aviation mechanic to determine airworthiness, application, condition, legality, etc. of installation. Remember, while many of our items are in good or new old stock condition, they are over 60 years old! We CANNOT be held liable for your bad judgement!..........

Funds received for prior sold items will be promptly returned. Latest prices supersede all previous listing prices and are subject to change at any time..... If you see something you want, do not hesitate to purchase it, or it MAY BE GONE FOREVER!!.........

We are always looking for more antique inventory! If you have any collections of interesting items, it doesn't hurt to check with us. If we can'y use it, we might know somebody who can! Basically anything antique aviation interests us EXCEPT jewely/rings/wings/emblems, etc. There are so many counterfits on the market today, we only buy these items with a clear history for each item........
