Shipping Information

SHIPPING - Items are usually shipped via Federal Express. If you'd like us to ship with another carrier, please email your request and we'd be happy to give you a shipping quote. Regarding insurance, if we ship via Fedex, it comes with up to $100 insurance and tracking. If the item costs more then this, it is up to YOU to request extra insurance from us! We cannot be held liable for somebody else dropping/losing/smashing your box....... Some small light items are cheapest to ship via US Post Office, you can always ask us. We generally process and package orders on the weekend following your order, then ship the following Monday. For 'rush' orders, please contact us BEFORE ordering, to make sure the item will get there in time!

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - If you are an International customer, please email your order directly, and we'll supply you with a shipping quote. We do not ever charge 'handling' or other hidden fees! Shipping costs are ever changing with international orders, so check with us first.
